Food
Testing Centre(FTC) is one of Dalian Institute of Product Quality Supervision
& inspection ’six
centres. As a subordinate
of the centre , National Center of
Supervision & Inspection on foodstuff Quality (Dalian) was authorized
by AQSIQ in 2001. The
center has 47 staffs including 3 professors, 13 senior engineers and 10 masters.
Now FTC has 25,000,000 RMB of capital assets and more than 30 large
instruments and equipments, a large part of which have reached the international
advanced level, such as Inductively coupled plasma
mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) of Agilent, HPLC of Agilent and Waters, UPLC-MS/MS of
Waters, GC and GC-MS of Agilent, Ion Chromatography of Dionex, GeneAmp®
PCR System 2700, ABI
PRISM® 7000 Sequence Detection System,
mini VIDAS and VITEK of
France, American Charm Ⅱ antibiotics residue tested system. Since
2001 the centre get many achievements in scientific research and national
standards drawing.
The centre is
made up of four parts, operation development, physical and chemical analysis,
microbe and molecule biology analysis, and instrument analysis. The
main testing
product
includes: cakes,
wines, aquatic products, tea-leaf,
meat products, dairy products, vegetable, honey products, healthy food,
foodstuff, feedingstuff, condiments, drinks,
etc. The center offers more
than
500 typs of test
including pesticide
and medicine residue, food additive, trans-gene, microbe, nutrition component,
heavy metal analysis,
etc. The main inspection business scope of FTC
includes: supervision
test, quality
arbitration test, food quality safety market access test, declaration
test of hazard-free,
green products, and organic products, RoHS test, and
futures test.
