Testing Laboratory of Electronic Products & Electrical Safety attached to Dalian Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (short for Testing Laboratory) is one of the inspection laboratories for CCC certification appointed by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China. It is also an accredited inspection laboratory for CQC of China Quality Certification Centre.
Testing Laboratory was founded in 2003 and 20,000,000 RMB was invested in it. The total area of testing laboratory is about 8700 m2 and its construction area is 5000 m2. Testing Laboratory is a first-class electronic equipment inspection laboratory in China. National Center of low-voltage assembly & electric control equipment quality supervision and inspection was founded in November 2005, authorized by AQSIQ. There are low-voltage assembly laboratory, low-voltage component laboratory, electric wires and cables laboratory, electromotion tools laboratory, welding machines laboratory, home electrical appliances laboratory, electrical illumination laboratory, storage battery laboratory, combustion laboratory and environment laboratory. The most advanced measuring system in China is adopted in the low-voltage electronic equipment laboratory. The maximum of disjunction short-circuit current can reach 120KA. The low-voltage assembly testing hall, whose size is 36m×18m×13m , is the biggest in China at present. Bulky box-type transformer substations can be tested in the hall. Besides the excellent testing conditions and advanced equipments, there are many specialized and high-technical inspectors.
Testing Laboratory is able to provide extensive inspection services. We can undertake products quality supervision and inspection organized by different related administrations, quality supervision & commodities quality inspection in market, arbitration and quality appraisal. Certification inspection for CQC can also be provided. We are able to undertake raw-material inspection, products inspection before leaving factory, corporation standard certification and goods inspection for corporation (commerce) contract. What’s more, we help corporation establish product standard, improve products quality inspection system and train professional inspectors. We can provide consultations in laboratory establishing, inspection equipment and products quality information. Control and analysis of products quality is provided, too
