Institution of Products Quality Supervision, Inspection of Dalian, which is founded legally under the certification of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People's Republic of China and the acknowledgement of State Laboratory of China. Inspection Center of Constructive and Decorative Materials is one of the six Inspecting Centers which vest in Institution of Products Quality Supervision, Inspection of Dalian. The center has 19 inspectors in various fields 3 of which are senior engineers and10 engineers. 13 people hold the higher degree and among them 4 hold Master’s degree. The center is consisted of two departments, one is Development Department which is in charge of the Business Development and the other is Inspection Department which is responsible for products inspection. The main inspections are as followings, Arbitration Inspection to Quality of Decoration Engineering, Following-up Control to Decoration Engineering and Quality of Indoor Environment (air) of the Office Buildings, Re-testing of the Construction Engineering Materials and Indoor Environment, Inspection of Constructive and Decorative Materials Products and Quality of Indoor Air etc. Concrete constructive materials which we are capable to inspect are as followings: Building Steel, Cement, Wall Materials, Glass in Building and Decoration, Ceramic ware in building and ordinary use, Concrete, Sand and Crushed Stones, Concrete Admixture(China Compulsory Certification authorized laboratory), Water-proof materials, Thermal Insulation, Stainless Steel, Special Steel and Radionuclides in normetallic materials etc. Finishing materials: Wood based panels, natural stone, manufactured stone, oil varnish, paints, adhesive (ADH), floor, wood doors, kitchen cupboards, locks and latches, steel furring, gypsum products, aluminium-plustic composite panel and so on. Other inspecting ability:Tree identification, security products in building and so on.We have 400 inspecting machines of which the mega equipments are gas chromatographic, atomic absorption, liquid chromatographic,ICP-OES and so on. Focus on the harm caused by indoor environment, our centre makes controlling inspection of the indoor environment of decoration construction. In recently years, our centre inspected the Zhen Fu Shopping Mall, Dong Te New World,Dalian Municipal Auditing Bureau and Dalian Municipal Personnel Bureau new office building’s decoration construction and so on. The results are more effective.These projects are all reached the national standard. In addition, our centre has carried out one programme which can inspect the materials and indoor environment of the constrating projects, such as: Wan Da Hua Fu, Dalian Pearl, Chinese Famous City, Sunrise Hill, Xing Fu e home,Hong Du Zhu Jing,Jun Teng Ming Yuan,Hong Ji Shu Xiang Yuan,Qing Yun Ying Shan,Fu Rong Ren Jia,Lin Yu Jia Hua construction and so on.
